Halloween Brownie Pizza
Busy parents love this super simple, candy-topped brownie. It's guaranteed to be a hit at any party for kids!
Serves 16
I used:
1 package fudge brownie mix (Ghiradelli’s Chocolate Supreme)
½ cup Snyder’s Pretzels
¾ cup Heath English Toffee Bits
¾ cup mini M&Ms
You could also use:
Finely chopped nuts, such as walnuts, pecans or peanuts
Other assorted cut-up candy
Chocolate sauce
Directions
1. Prepare Mix
Grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
2. Add Pretzels and Candy
Carefully spread batter into prepared pan. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until edges are set. Sprinkle partially baked brownie with candy and nuts, if desired. Return to oven.
Bake 5 to 8 minutes more or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. To serve, cut into wedges. Makes 16 servings.

1. Instead of chopped candy bars, top the brownie with caramel and toasted pecans.
2. Skip the candy, and top the baked brownie pie with sliced strawberries and chocolate sauce.
3. Not a fan of nuts? Leave them off and add chocolate candies or white chocolate chips.
