PRODUCTION TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

The good news?  Every Glass Wrappings' product ships for FREE!

It is important to differentiate "production time" as opposed to "shipping time" when estimating the time it will take for you to receive your order. Production time is the length of time it takes us to produce a Glass Wrappings product.  Because we are a new store, and all of our wrappings and embellishments are handmade, we are consistent in asking for a window of up to 5 business days from the time we send out your order confirmation email, to produce them.  We will soon offer a line of "Quick Ship" embellishments right now, and as we grow, we will be able to increase our number of offerings in that line significantly.  

If you are planning a special event and need delivery on a particular date, please contact me at nancy@glasswrappings.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please be aware that some items are dispatched from our different warehouses and therefore will arrive separately.  

Shipping time (or as it is known now, "transit time") is the time it takes from the moment your package is accepted by the post office until it reaches you.  Due to our Midwest location, USPS Ground Advantage gives us a guide of 2-4 days for delivery throughout the continental United States.  However, we can NEVER absolutely guarantee a certain delivery day, due to a possibility of a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Ground Advantage provides free $100 insurance for both outbound shipments and returned parcels.

When you successfully place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us at nancy@glasswrappings.com for confirmation.

Please review to ensure that you have entered the correct address for your shipping destination. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.  

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your package.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nancy@glasswrappings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact nancy@glasswrappings.com immediately.  We regret we cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped.

We generally ship via USPS Ground Advantage.  Please message us at nancy@glasswrappings.com if you would like to use an expedited shipping service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

We anticipate accepting international orders very soon.  Until then, if you have a question or request, please contact us at nancy@glasswrappings.com.

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you are purchasing multiple items, they will be shipped together whenever possible.
