Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with Glass Wrappings and Leprechaun Chow

Happy St. Patrick's Day! What's the craic? (A traditional Irish way of saying, "How are you?")

Forget about searching for a pot of gold -- “Leprechaun Chow” is what you should be on the hunt for! You’ll be dancing a delightful jig as you munch on this St. Patrick’s Day theme snack! Lucky Charms and Chex cereals are coated with melted white chocolate and broken up for some sweet eating – and it looks great in this Glass Wrappings’ container!

 Leprechaun Chow

 4 cups Lucky Charms cereal                                                                                   4 cups Chex cereal                                                                                                 2 (4.4 ounce) white chocolate bars                                                                         Green sprinkles

Directions:

1. Line a large jelly roll pan with foil.

2. Mix the Lucky Charms and Chex until they are combined and spread the cereal on the prepared pan.

3. Melt the white chocolate in a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is melted.

4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture and top with the sprinkles. Toss to coat.

5. Place the pan in the refrigerator and let the cereal mixture cool until the chocolate sets.

6. Transfer the cereal mixture to a flat surface and break into pieces.
